We’re a small, family-run business, and every order means the world to us. Our kits are packed and shipped with care from Florida, while some of our apparel and merchandise are fulfilled and shipped directly from our production partners through Printify. Here’s how shipping works for your order:
1. Processing Time
Light Looking Kits (shipped by us):
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Printify-Fulfilled Items (apparel, mugs, flags, etc.):
Made-to-order and typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Production times may be longer during busy holiday seasons.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping speed depends on the destination and the item type:

Kits: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Printify items: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

Holiday Season: Carriers may experience delays outside our control.
We will send tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
Because some items ship separately, shipping costs may vary.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is in transit, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package seems delayed or missing, reach out to us and we’ll help however we can.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your kit or merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at dina@thelightlookers.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only.
