Welcome to The Light Lookers™. We’re a small, family-run business creating holiday joy one kit at a time. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. We keep these simple, clear, and created with love.

1. Orders & Payment

When you complete a purchase, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All prices are listed in USD.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are produced in small batches and assembled by hand, we do not offer refunds. If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us at dina@thelightlookers.com within 7 days and we will make it right.

3. Shipping

We ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All Light Lookers™ designs, logos, images, names, and materials are owned by us and may not be reproduced, sold, or used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Light Lookers™ is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property issues that occur during Light Looking activities. Please Light Look safely, respectfully, and responsibly.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse.

7. Privacy

Any personal information you provide during checkout is used only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your information.
